Studies on the Interaction of Beryllon Ш with Proteins by Voltammetric Technique and its Application 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A new quantitative determination method of proteins using beryllon Ш by voltammetric technique was developed in this paper. In pH 3.5 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution, beryllon Ш can bind with human serum albumin (HSA) to form an electro-inactive supermolecular complex. Beryllon Ш has a well-defined voltammetric reduction peak at -0.38 V (vs. SCE) and the addition of protein in this solution can cause the decrease of the reductive peak current. Based on the decrease of the reduction peak current, a new electrochemical method for the determination of HSA was established with linear range of 1.0~40.0 mg/L and the detection limit of 1.0 mg/L. This method is further applied to the determination of real sample of healthy human serum. 相似文献

用两种方法分别将四足配体铽配合物[TbL(NO3)]^2+和[TbL]^3+插层组装到了蒙脱土(MT)层板间,制备出超分子复合发光材料[TbL(NO3)^2+-MT和[TbL]^3+-MT。方法一:通过离子交换反应让配离子[TbL(NO3)]^2+取代钠+基蒙脱土(Na-MT)中的Na^+离子,插层组装到蒙脱土层板间。方法二:用配体L与铽基蒙脱土(Tb-MT)反应,使配体插入蒙脱土层板间与Tb^3+离子配位。用元素分析、XRD,FT-IR,UV-vis和热分析对材料进行了表征,并对其荧光性质进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料保持了蒙脱土良好的层柱结构特征,其层间距d001值与插层配离予的直径吻合较好,配离子以单层形式分布于蒙脱土层板间,复合材料中配合物的热稳定性有明显提高。在紫外光激发下,复合材料发出较强的Tb^3+特征荧光,其发射光谱与相应配合物的发射光谱很相似;复合材料中配合物的相对荧光强度较相应纯配合物有明显提高。荧光寿命较长;配合物的激发波长向可见光区发生位移,说明插层组装实现了对配合物激发波长的调制作用。 相似文献

采用溶液缩聚法由酰氯端基聚醚酮酮(PEKK)齐聚物和4,4′-二苯氧基二苯砜(DPODPS)制备了PEKK/DPODPS多嵌段共聚物,用DSC、TGA等方法对共聚物进行了表征和性能测试。结果表明,随着共聚物中DPODPS含量的增加,共聚物的熔融温度逐渐降低,而其玻璃化转变温度则逐渐升高。当DPODPS质量分数在32.63%~40.73%范围内时,所得共聚物的Tg为185~193℃,比纯PEKK的Tg高出20~28℃;其Tm为322~346℃,比纯PEKK的Tm降低35~59℃,这既保持了纯PEKK的耐热性,又改善了熔融加工性能。该组成范围内的共聚物的拉伸强度(σi)为86.6~84.2MPa,拉伸模量(M)为3.1~3.4GPa,断裂伸长率(ε)为18.5%~20.3%。 相似文献

A series of crosslinkable thermotropic liquid crystalline poly(ether-ester)s and copoly(ether-ester)s was prepared. All of the polymers were crosslinked by thermal treatment or photo-irradiation upon heating. The thermal stability and thermal crosslinking reaction of these polymers were investigated. These polymers also could be crosslinked by copolymerization with vinyl monomers, such as styrene or methyl methacrylate. The crosslinked polymers exhibited thermotropic liquid crystalline behavior after softening by heating. 以四乙基溴化铵(TEABr)为模板剂,硅胶为硅源,铝酸钠为铝源,采用水热晶化法合成β沸石.研究了其晶化温度、晶化时间、硅铝比、碱度、水含量等各种因素对晶化过程和产物性质的影响.得出适宜的初始凝胶组成为SiO2和Al2O3的比值在25-60之间,TEABr和SiO2的比值在0.32~0.4之间,OH^-和SiO2的比值在0.2~0.23之间,H2O和SiO2的比值在8.6~18.0之间.通过XRD,ICP,IR,SEM和NH3-TPD方法分别对样品的结构和性质进行了表征.烷基化反应的结果表明,β分子筛具有较为适宜的孔结构和反应活性. 相似文献

The interaction between stabilizers and nanoparticles is one of the important factors to prepare stable magnetic fluids. The magnetic nano-size Fe3O4 core with single domain and the average grain size around 8-12 nm were prepared by chemical precipitation method. The O/Fe molar ratio of the particle surface was measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The heat effects of stabilizers ad- sorption on nanoparticles were measured by solution calorimetry. The excess amount of oxygen was possibly the result of the hydroxygen formed on the surface of the nanoparticles. The heat effects showed that compounds containing carboxyl groups can be adsorbed chemically on magnetite by forming chemical bonds. The other stabilizers involving NH-groups, such as polyethylene-imine, can be adsorbed physically. The exothermic value is about half of the former case. 相似文献
